Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers may use the dedicated withdrawal function available on the website or send an explicit statement to the contact details provided in the Contact section.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, a confirmation of receipt will be sent by email.

Return of Products

Customers must return the products within 14 days of communicating their decision to withdraw.

Products must be returned carefully packaged, undamaged, and complete with any accessories supplied.

Given the fragile nature of handmade ceramic products, Customers are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the direct cost of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments received for the returned products, including any standard delivery charges, will be refunded.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the Customer has provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized at the Customer's request.

Examples include:

  • ceramic pieces created according to the Customer's specific instructions;
  • products bearing names, dates, dedications, inscriptions, or other customizations requested by the Customer;
  • items modified or created specifically on the basis of individual requests.

Products Damaged During Transport

Any visible damage to the packaging should be reported at the time of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, Customers are requested to contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence in order to allow for the prompt handling of the claim.
